 Great mask and Hat - wig not so much, January 5, 2012

The mask is well detailed and comfortable to wear. It seems reasonably durable. The hat is well made and shaped. It is large enough to allow the average person to easily wear the wig under it. The wig is a bit snug and the hair is very bent by the way they pack it. It has proven difficult if not impossible to get the hair to hang straight as the character requires. There were no care instructions or directions on how to style the fibers to get the correct look. Not knowing what the fibers are made of makes experimenting on straightening methods very much a roll of the dice. Packaging by Amazon was very loosely padded allowing the items to really get banged around in transit. Luckily nothing was damaged although the hat brim was slightly curled. It flattened out by letting it sit on a flat surface with some weight on the brim for a few days. Shipping was timely and without significant incident. To expensive, after doing a bit of research you can get this mask for $8.00 the wig for $10.00 and the hat for $9.00 made by the same manufacturer. I wiz older the impression it was going to be a good thick plastic for being a licensed mask and for that price, it turned out to be the same cheep plastic type masks that you get at a dollar store during Halloween. They also charged $10.00 for handling it was a box that you get for free at a post office. The shipping charges on the other hand I understand but the handling was a rip off. My biddy order the same exact items through a different online store and got everything for under $30.00 out the door.
