Unfortunatley, the shipper shipped the mask in a flimsy padded envelope, and as a result the mask was cracked (about a 5" crack on the side). I was able to tape it with clear tape - on the inside and the outside. Since the tape didn't show much on the outside and since I bought it for a protest a few days after I received it, I didn't send it back. Something this fragile, (brittle plastic) should have been shipped in a small cardboard box, which the shipping cost would have covered. I didn't send feedback to the shipper, and just let it slide, but since I was prompted to write a feedback through Amazon, I'm including it here. The quality of the mask is great, and the shipping was very fast, so the seller simply needs to choose sturdier packaging for shipping. Padded envelopes are probably always going to get "squished" on the rote to their new owner through the U.S. Mail system. This is just fact. Everyone asks about it. Shipped really fast. Why not get it? I put it on my dog and take pictures. Facebook doesnt let you post a pic wearing the mask as your profile pic. Weird.
